JAMMIES solo finalist Julianna Zachariou
The Jammies are here! Every high school musician in Sacramento region wants to be part of the 2-day concert one way or another, because it provides talented students an opportunity to showcase their musical talents to thousands of music lovers in the area.
With the current state budget cuts, high school music programs for the children are rapidly declining. In light of this, and to further the Sacramento News & Review commitment to music in our schools, the JAMMIES gives the community an opportunity to experience the extraordinary talent of our young performers and show support for our schools.
This morning, 14 year old Julianna Zachariou showed us why she is the ONLY solo artists who was a finalist in the Contemporary Artists category.
