Pork Tendorloin Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
Spice island "Thai Spice" seasoning mix
Salt and Pepper
Sesame seeds
Pork Glaze
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Sirachi
Directions:
1. Heat pan on Medium High heat.
2. Season the cleaned Pork tenderloin with Salt and Pepper.
3. Rub the Tenderloin with Thai spice mix and Sesame seeds.
4. Add some cooking oil and sesame oil into hot pan.
5. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides.
6. While Searing, prepare the Glaze, by mixing all ingredients in bowl
7. Place the seared tenderloin in 400 degree oven,, brush the pork occasionally with glaze
8. Bring the pork to desired temp, I prefer medium
9. Let rest and slice thin right before serving
Coconut Cauliflower Puree Ingredients:
1 Head of cauliflower
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp. butter
Salt and White Pepper
Directions:
1. Bring some Veg stock or Water to a boil
2. Place Cauliflower in boiling water, cook till tender enough to stick knife through
3. Put cauliflower in blender or food processor, blend while adding coconut milk, butter, salt and pepper
4. Reserve in a warm pot or pan till serving time
Ginger Beans and Corn Ingredients:
1/2 lb Baby French Beans(Blanched)
1 cup of fresh white corn
2 Tbsp. Fresh Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Soy
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Directions:
1. Heat sauté pan on high, add sesame oil or cooking oil
2. Add ginger and Garlic, Sautee, caramelize
3. Add corn and Beans, toss
4. Add soy, lemon juice, salt and pepper and butter
5. Reserve until serving time
